Terms of Service

Last updated 2 September 2026. These terms apply to everyone who uses PayloadPay.

1. What PayloadPay is

PayloadPay is a calculation and record-keeping tool for Australian transport drivers, owner-drivers, subcontractors, fleets and carriers. It estimates fair rates, tracks payslips, models break-even costs and generates rate review documents.

2. Not professional advice

Every figure PayloadPay produces is an indicative estimate based on the information you enter and on published reference data such as the Road Transport (Long Distance Operations) Award. It is not legal, financial, taxation or industrial relations advice. Award classifications, superannuation obligations and contractor status depend on your individual circumstances. Check anything important with the Fair Work Ombudsman, the ATO, your union or a qualified adviser before you rely on it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done through your account. Accounts are for the number of people included in your plan. Sharing one account beyond your plan's seat count is a breach of these terms and we may suspend the account.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of the payslips, rate cards and settings you enter. We store them so you can use the app across devices. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account page.

5. Payment and renewal

Plans are billed annually in Australian dollars and include GST. Your subscription renews each year unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. Prices may change, but never during a period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell, scrape or bulk-export PayloadPay output as your own product, attempt to break into other accounts, or upload rate cards you are contractually forbidden to share.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any claim connected with PayloadPay is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost income, lost contracts or decisions made on the basis of an estimate.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
