Refund Policy

14-day money back
If PayloadPay isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds are paid back to the original payment method and usually appear within five business days.
After 14 days
Annual plans are not refunded on a pro-rata basis after the first 14 days. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal and you keep full access until the end of the year you paid for.
Accidental renewals
If a renewal charge caught you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it and close the subscription.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service has a major problem you are entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.
